Access to property

In order to complete our service we require access to your home, either by holding a key or the code to any electronically controlled doors. We will collect/drop off the keys, you will be charged according to our pricing.

Keys will be held securely and will be retained for the duration of the service. We will then drop off keys at a mutually convenient time.

We do not post keys back through your door after a sitting period has been completed. In case there is a delay and we need to continue our service for longer than originally planned,

We will need to be given the number to any alarm system and will ask to be shown how to disable and re-enable the alarm to perform our service.
